DUAP RECON
After 4,000 to 6,000 hours of operation for nozzles, or significantly longer for other components, critical parts must be replaced, components cleaned, reassembled, and tested. This allows the service life of a product to be extended in a very cost- and resource-efficient manner, as DUAP RECON can be performed up to three times. Upon request, we offer our customers an automatic renewal or overhaul service.
Repeated DUAP RECON allows you to keep the function of an injection element in use under control over a long period of time and ensures its functionality in daily operation. Thanks to the reassembly and readjustment of your product by our trained staff in dust-free assembly rooms, we provide a like-new guarantee for additional operating hours.
