Micro-pilot injection systems are used in gas engines to ignite gases that are difficult to ignite compared to diesel, such as natural gas. By igniting a small amount of fuel (micro-pilot), the difficult-to-ignite gas in the cylinder is ignited. DUAP has been offering leading systems in this field for many years.

In the field of diesel, HFO, and dual fuel large engines, we cover all areas of application and guarantee all customers a comprehensive supply of spare parts with original parts for for fuel injection equipment in large borehole engines with outputs from 500 kW to 20,000 kW as common rail or PLN solutions. An even wider output range can be covered using serial pressure sensor elements.

Our reliable and proven fuel pumps are characterized by decades of expertise in the areas of control cams (for PLN systems), component coatings, sealing elements, and valve technology. The same design basis is also used for all common rail pumps. We also offer mechanical PLN pumps for large 4-stroke engines and various fuel types: MDO, HFO, biofuel, and others.

Like all spare parts, our pump plungers and barrels are designed, manufactured and tested in-house in a rigorous development programme - with proven functionality for our customers.

When manufacturing fuel injection nozzles, we pay particular attention to the accuracy and quality of the fillets, grooves, blind holes, and coatings such as ADLC/TIN. This enables us to save fuel and allow for a longer service life for our customers.

Like all spare parts, our injection valves are manufactured in-house in Switzerland. This enables us to guarantee our customers the high level of functionality and durability they have come to appreciate.

Through the consistent use of high-quality, temperature-resistant raw materials, we achieve maximum longevity for our customers' gas engine prechambers manufactured at our plant in Switzerland.

Our range of spare parts for fuel injection systems includes pump elements, roller tappets, seal and spare part kits, connectors, high-pressure lines and pipes, injection nozzles, and much more. All spare parts are designed, developed, and tested in-house as part of a rigorous development program—with proven functionality upon delivery.
